Accounts Receivable chart update. We have added the delinquent dollars amount to the AR chart, it appears in the legend at right and as a shaded line within the chart.

Upload Practice Logos: Users with practice management permissions can now upload a practice logo. From the Practice Management page, click Edit Profile, browse to find the logo, and save. The logo will appear on various screens in upcoming versions.

Left margin navigation – The menu links have moved to the left margin of the site.

The Gaidge menu bar that was at the top of the screen has been moved to the left margin of the page. Hover your mouse over the icons to have them expand to see the text labels of the various items. To view icons only, click the Pin sidebar box, you can still expand by clicking arrow button at the bottom, click again to Collapse.

Announcements - Important announcements will now pop up in the upper right corner of your screen.

Hover your mouse over the announcements area to view, read and dismiss announcements. A link for older announcements is available at the bottom.

Overhead (and Goals) – Quickly fill all budget items to the same value. When setting up (or editing) the Overhead Budget and Goals, there is now an option to Set all months to same value.

February 2022

Overhead - Budgets can now be based on a percentage of Collections Goal. When setting Overhead budgets, the user can now use:

Percentage of change over last year
Percentage of Net Collection goal set per month this year
Percentage of Net Collection goal set for this year (uses 1/12th of total for each month)

QuickBooks Desktop User Driven Upload – Users of QuickBooks Desktop can now upload their current or prior months data to Gaidge!!! (On Mondays, Gaidge automatically schedules uploads for this month, plus prior 2 months to occur when they next open QBD.)

Make sure QuickBooks Desktop and the Web Connector are open. From Practice Management, select Overhead Data Uploads. Select the Locations which will display the last date and time data has been uploaded for that location. The select the months to upload. Then click the Request Data Upload button.

Notifications management - practice managers can now view and update notification settings for all practice users. See Setting Up Notifications for more information.

DSO Export - We have added the ability for DSOs (or other users) to export their Daily Report automatically to an FTP site – so you don’t have to login and manually run it each day. Contact Support for more information.

Summary - Locations Overview can now be sorted by column where you see the up/down arrows.

For practices with many locations, this lets you easily see which have the highest and lowest numbers.

Projections - The Gaidge Projections module is part of the Executive Membership package and allows you set multiple goals at the same time based on your practice’s previous performance. You can modify various items to project different outcomes. You can then track your progress towards those goals and adjust during the year using your progress as a guide.
