Setting up Notifications

Gaidge Notifications can keep you up to date with your practice without even logging in! You may elect to receive weekly, monthly (or no) emails and can opt-out at any time.

Notifications Setup – Practice level

For a user to receive Gaidge email notifications, their assigned role needs be configured under Practice Management. Log in to Gaidge, then click on the gear icon at the upper left of your screen and select Practice Management. (This option is generally only available for doctors or office managers.)

When Notifications are turned on for a  role, everyone in that role can receive emails. Click on the Edit Notifications button, then select which notifications to allow for that role.

 Please note that these may contain practice financial information.

User Profile Notifications Options

Once a role is set to receive notification emails, users must customize their setup on the User Profile screen. Hover over your name at the top left then select User Profile, then Notifications

There are both weekly and monthly email templates.

  • Check or uncheck Notifications Enabled to opt in or out of all notifications. 
  • The Location Settings section allows you to receive emails for the entire practice, individual locations or pods or a combination. Each location and pod selected will generate a separate email.
  • Check or uncheck the email templates you wish to receive.
  • For Weekly email templates also choose the day(s) of the week to receive your emails. Monthly emails are delivered on the 5th for the prior month. 

You may unsubscribe in the email at any time or opt-out here – uncheck Notifications Enabled (or just a single template)
