Adding New Patients and Sending Forms
Login to Gaidge and open the Gaidge Consult Manager screen at the bottom of the left side menu:
Click on Add New Patient
Enter at least the patient's name, birthdate, and email or mobile number, then whether they have insurance. Next select their appointment date and time, location plus doctor/treatment coordinator (if known.) The patient information will default to the responsible party, update if needed. Add a mobile phone number if you want to text the new patient forms.
Click Save to finish.
