Adding a Consultant to Your Practice
The consultant portal available in Gaidge gives you the ability to share your numbers with the firms or consultants helping your practice. By adding your consultant or firm, they may log in and view information that you would like to share with them.
At the top left of your screen, click the Gear icon. Then click Add Consultants.
Click in the Search box and enter your consultant’s name or scroll to locate your consulting group, then click Add Consultant.
Then select your consultant within that firm by clicking Add again.
Next, choose Consultant Role which determines their level of access.
Gaidge’s default Consultant Roles include:
- Financial – your consultant sees all your data except Overhead.
- Financial with Overhead – access to all your data, including Overhead information.
- Non-Financial – No financial data is displayed.
*You can change the consultant’s role later, within the Practice Manager. Custom consultant roles can be created within the Practice Manager.
An email will be sent to the consulting firm prompting them to accept your request.
