Workflow Tips after Caching Update

We have just implemented a short-term caching solution that will allow you to save, present and progress through the treatment presentation. With this initial step, you may not see all status updates or changes reflected immediately, but it should enable you to move through your workflow.

The Caching is set on a 60 second timer so please wait a full 60 seconds before refreshing. Thank you for your continued patience.

Navigation updates

A couple of changes that you may notice

Due to the Caching and delayed updates, your patient list may become hidden at times.  Do not fret!  This is expected and temporary.  You can always use the patient search feature to reload your patient information.

It is also normal to notice flashing, or visual glitches – these are simply signs that the system is refreshing and updating.

When you are ready to create treatment options for your patient, traditionally we guided you to click on the Tx Recommended box and the bottom of your Exams Check List page.  

Now select Create Tx Options from the top Navigation bar under Tx Rec Icon. See the image below. 

Similarly, due to the 60 second time delay, the Gaidge Acceptance option may not direct you to the slider screen.  If that is the case, you can click on the Contract option which will also open the slider screen for you.

*There may be a delay between when a treatment plan is emailed to a family and when they receive the email.
