Completing Forms on an iPad
Sometimes you may want to open a form from Gaidge Consult Manager on an iPad to allow a patient to complete it in your office.
Settings
There are some settings you need to check if you are using Safari as opening a form is similar to how pop-ups work.
Go to your iPad settings, then Safari Or Chrome (you may have to look under Apps to find Safari or Chrome) In the general settings find Block Pop-ups and toggle to OFF (gray)
Completing Forms
Open Gaidge Consult Manager in Safari or Chrome on your iPad.
Select your patient from the list (or search) and click on their form (NP Forms or Contract)
Click on Open Form in the status box
