DM 11 Requirements

Once you have updated to DM 11.4, Service Pack 1.  We have a new way of getting your dolphin data, using their new APIs. There is some preparation needed on your part.  

1. Go to the dolphin Installer site and download the new custom Gaidge Reports.
   1. If you have already installed these without issue, please ignore this and the next step.
   2. If you are a DolphinCloud customer you will need to contract their cloud support for assistance.
2. Install the reports - on any workstation - right click the downloaded file:  DolphinGaidgeSetup_Latest.exe and Run as Administrator 
3. Go in to Dolphin: Edit-Reporting-Reports and enter gai in the Search box, click OK. You should see these 3 reports - if not please call us. We will need to add them manually.

And lastly, check your  Anywhere Dolphin setup Instructions- they have added some new APIs  

Please note - These reports are required for the updated data sync, without these reports your data upload will fail. 

Without approving all APIs in AnywhereDolphin - your data upload will fail.
