Relinking Gaidge to QuickBooks Online

Need to Relink QuickBooks Online? To do this you will need:

• Gaidge Practice Management access to Overhead Setup 
• QuickBooks Online Admin access

Steps to Relink Gaidge to QuickBooks

Login to Gaidge and from the main screen click on the Gear icon at the upper right and then select Practice Settings.

On the Practice Management screen, click on the Overhead tab on the left-hand menu.

If your screen does not default to your linked location, select the location linked to QuickBooks Online from the drop-down menu, once you see the Chart of Accounts screen, click on Relink

You will be prompted to login to QuickBooks (and the select the company to link if you have more than one.)

If you have separate QuickBooks companies for each location, you will need to repeat these steps and relink each location to its respective company.
