The Gaidge Consult Manager helps you prepare for new patients, recommend and present treatment at the visit, plus generate contracts for accepted treatment. Follow-ups help you stay on track to get the close (aka signed contract.)

At the top left of the screen, be sure to set your default options. This will save time when you begin each day. Set any additional filters you want.

Exams Check List

Select your patient and view their exam checklist to see what needs to be completed prior to their appointment.

These items may be completed by different people depending on the size of your practice. For example, the new patient coordinator or front desk staff may send the new patient forms and confirm appointments, while the insurance or financial coordinator may verify insurance.

Click on any unfinished items and complete them: Confirm the appointment time and day are correct. Confirm responsible parties and insurance have been added – Click Verified once insurance coverage has been confirmed.

Treatment Recommended Check List

Once the exam is complete, click on  Tx Recommended, or select Outcome if they are not proceeding to treatment.

Create treatment options and present the plan to patient!  (Email plan presentation to patient, if needed.)

Once treatment is accepted, the contract is generated. The patient can sign then, or you can send it to them via email.

Starts Check List

When the contract is signed, post the contract in your practice management system, collect the initial fee and schedule the start appointment!
