Relative Percentages

Many areas of Gaidge use a relative percentage, this calculates the percent of the current month completed, takes that percentage of the same month last year and compares it to this month's value.

In our example we are looking at June through the 12th. 

For the RELCHG percentage:  12/30 = .4 * 100 → 40%

To get the number for 40% of SMLY   Net Prod:  468,556 * .40 = 187,422.40

This month divided by SMLY %:  185,087 / 187,422.40 = 0.9875 

If this is less than one subtract from 1:

1 - 0.9875 = 0.0124  ... multiply by 100 →  1.2%
