Gaidge uploads data from your practice management system daily to create a wide array of charts and reports which allow you to easily spot trends, identify efforts that are being successful and areas of concern in your practice. Industry benchmarks provide practice targets, and our warnings will alert you if a specific area needs some attention. The Gaidge dashboard highlights key performance indicators and provides charts that offer a quick snapshot of your practice performance each month. Other graphs contain more detailed practice metrics. All charts can be viewed for the entire practice or can be broken down by location.

Gaidge Summary Reports 

The Gaidge Monthly and Yearly Summary reports provide a quick, one-page view of your practice information showing changes month over month and year over year. The Monthly summary allows you to easily compare how you are performing this month versus the same month in the previous year, as well as Year-to-Date versus Prior Year to Date.  Toggle your goals on to see if your performance is meeting them. The Yearly Summary report includes yearly information for up to five years.

Practice Level Management Assures Privacy, Security, and Flexibility

Because sometimes you don’t want staff to see certain information and sometimes too much information can be overwhelming, Gaidge’s Practice Settings allow you to determine which locations, charts and reports are available to staff based on their role in the practice.  Since staff members often perform multiple functions in the practice, you can create new roles tailored to your practice.  You can also provide access to other professionals that may need to review certain parts of your practice information, such as an Accountant or Business Manager.

Your consultant will appreciate the precise information that Gaidge provides. Providing your consultant access to your information will create a gateway of simple data exchange eliminating hours of work for both of you!  Consultants may set their own benchmarks to allow you to compare against values specific to their targets.

Regional and National Comparisons

For years, doctors have asked, “What’s going on with other practices in my area?” Historically, these numbers have been difficult to obtain and verify because it required filling out a survey and calculating mountains of information. Gaidge stores data from practices anonymously for purposes of comparing numbers at a regional and national level. Practice specific information will never be revealed.
