Enabling Form Download for Patients

Do your patients want a signed copy of their contract?  You can always download it and then email the PDF or you can let them download it when they sign it.

Go to your Form Templates

Next select one of your Contract questionnaires

There should be one question. It's a good idea to mention downloading a copy in the text.

Next click Settings (○○○)

Be sure to check:

• Enable Interactive Mode (this makes the screen stop at your message from above)
• Allow client to download form after submission.

Now, when your patients submit a form, they’ll be presented with the option to download their completed forms.
