Is Your Data Up to Date?
One of our most common support calls is “ my numbers don’t match.”
Quite often it is because, for some reason, your data did not upload the night before (and sometimes for several nights!) It may also be due to working late and entering data after the Gaidge upload. For either of these we can usually re-pull the data to get it updated.
How do you know if your data is up to date?
Check your last refresh date on your Gaidge Dashboard:
On any graph click on the Show Location Details bar, then look at your date range (make sure your selected period includes the current month):
The dates should be through yesterday. If it is the first of the month you should see just the month and year of last month.
Make sure you check ALL locations!
