What is Gaidge?

Gaidge is a practice performance monitor that integrates with your practice management software to push key practice indicators to our secure ftp site, each night to provide your practice with trends, industry benchmarks and many other exciting features on www.gaidge.com.

Aren't these numbers in my management system?

Yes, these numbers are in your management system. However, the information is scattered in various reports, requiring a practice to create and generate reports and transfer results into a central reporting framework. This can be a time-consuming process, especially with the potential for multiple office locations. Gaidge quickly and accurately assembles these numbers into a meaningful format.

Steps to Succeed

Step 1 – Installation and Data Gathering – Live on Gaidge!               

Let’s Schedule this ASAP!  We generally need about 5-10 minutes of your time. What date and time works for you?

Agenda:

  • Establish a connection to your practice management data. This varies depending on your system.
  • Schedule Quick Tour and Data Review… AFTER THIS YOU ARE DONE!

Between the Steps 1 and 2, our team will be working diligently to review your data foundation and initial configuration.  We may have some recommendations to ensure Gaidge is successfully implemented.

  • Print data foundation reports, add custom codes and reports
  • Complete Preliminary Gaidge Mapping (tell Gaidge what counts where)
  • Data pull – this year (or six months, whatever is greater)
  • Initialize your practice – you are live on Gaidge

An email will be sent to the original user(s) listed on your Gaidge contract from [email protected] prompting to click on a link to create a password to access Gaidge

Step 2 – Quick Gaidge Tour and Data Review – the Road to Good Data

Length:  60 minutes
Who:      Office Manager, Financial Coordinator, Treatment Coordinator

Agenda

  • We will take a quick tour of Gaidge and note areas for data improvement
  • Review Preliminary Gaidge Mapping
  • Review data foundation and suggestions for changes.
  • Introduce custom reports and fields
  • Schedule Step 3 Gaidge Training 101 and Step 4 Gaidge Training 201
  • Pull historical data – your Go Live Date is the official start date for Gaidge; historical data prior to this is for reference only.

Step 3 - Gaidge Training 101 Intro to Gaidge & Reconciliation

Length:  60 minutes
Who:      Doctor and Leadership Team – (Financial information will be displayed and discussed)

  • Basic Navigation including the Dashboard, Reports Tabs, Progress Report and Summary
  • End of Month Reconciliation of Exams, Treatment Starts, and Contracts
  • Practice Settings

Step 4 – Gaidge Training 201 Advanced Gaidge Training & Reconciliation

Length:  60 minutes
Who:      Doctor and Leadership Team

Agenda:

  • Expand your knowledge and boost your navigational skills
  • Using comparisons and goal setting
  • First of Month Reconciliation of Production and Collections
  • Entering hours/days
